It is said that Yoga is a mind-body experience that radically changes the way you perceive the world around you. I didn’t realise the truth until I discovered Yoga for myself. It is difficult to describe in words, but I hope that by coming to a Yoga class in Scotland with me, you will discover the benefits for yourself.

I encountered yoga whilst traveling in 2003 and it has been a journey of self-exploration since then. Yoga became such a huge influence in my life that if I wasn’t physically doing it I was thinking about it. This is when I realised my path would be to teach others the beauty of Yoga.
Finding my one on one teacher whilst in India changed my life forever and I continued with my daily practise once I moved back to England. After a lot of research, I discovered a very serious Yoga teacher in London and I would drive 3 hours approximately 5 times a week to practise with him.

I completed my first 200 hour teacher training in India in 2011 at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Kerala and started teaching immediately in India and Thailand for the following 3 months. Upon my return to Oxford I began teaching private clients. In 2014 I completed my second 200 hour training programme in Vinyasa Yoga, this time in Dharamshala, Northern India.

I am a certified Vinyasa and Sivananda teacher and a registered Yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching private and group classes in person and online via Zoom, so I can share the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years. At the end of 2020 I moved with my family to the beautiful fishing village Johnshaven and I look to continue offering online and in person Yoga classes in and around Aberdeenshire and Angus. I offer group classes which is a lovely way to meet others and share a practise as well as private sessions which are lovingly created around your requirements or expectations. Yoga classes in Scotland: Johnshaven, Stonehaven, Inverbervie and Montrose. I will travel outside of these areas for private and corporate classes, please do get in touch for more information.




One on one Yoga is the traditional way, first taught in India. One of the safest and most efficient way for learning this wonderful practice. Each class can be designed for your individual needs and body and can be adapted along the way. This is a great place to start for beginners and for those needing to work around injuries or specific conditions.


A beautiful, flowing treatment that works in sycronicity between receiver and giver. Working with deep acupressure and gentle Yoga stretches it works the whole body much like a Yoga class but without having to do anything but relax. Each treatment is designed for the individual.
